On what occasion can we request support for our resources? Here we will leave all the information.

BEFORE CONTACTING OUR SUPPORT

All BIT customers, or developers CONFIRMED by said customer can request support and will be attended to in a professional manner. If you or your developer does not follow our guidelines or contact education, we may reserve the right to deny support.

-Follow each step of the installation (do not skip them unless instructed to do so).

-We know that troubleshooting can be frustrating at times, but please don't blame the script at first (the most likely problem is the script installation or configuration, not an actual bug).

-Believe it or not, FiveM has a very large community that loves to help people. Most of the problems are already documented online.

-Please choose the correct ticket type and read the introductory message.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR SUPPORT?

Please always refer to our documentation before contacting support.

-We provide detailed documentation and installation guides to facilitate the installation process.

-Most of the questions you may have are documented and will solve your problems much faster than waiting for an answer from a support member.

-Support can guide you through the installation in case you have problems with the documentation and steps provided. But they will not explain in detail how to configure the scripts or adapt them for each server. The scripts have a lot of configuration and open functions to be modified.

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT FROM OUR SUPPORT?

-We expect our customers to have at least basic knowledge of Lua programming.

-Always check the documentation before purchasing to make sure you will be able to install the script.

-We do not configure/adapt the scripts for each server. That is the responsibility of each customer. That is why if you need specific support we can quote you a price for an installation service.

-We provide you with the product as is, in case you decide to customize it to your liking please do not expect us to provide support with.

-Our support has full right to refuse to support any content that we consider to be leaked (not legally acquired).

-We cannot provide support with content that is not related to our products.

-We cannot modify and/or access other paid content. -We do not support transferred scripts, as we have no way to check their origin
